Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The called number is the number dialled by the subscriber in establishing a call or the number to which the call is forwarded or transferred in those particular scenarios.

Derivation:

GSM item CalledNumber (GSM 12.05).  This item is of type AddressString and is further expanded into the items Type Of Number, Numbering Plan and the number sent across the air-interface (GSM 04.08 and 09.02).

Conditionality:

Must be present within group Destination except for the basic service emergency call but operators may optionally insert the digits '112' or their national emergency number into this field.
