Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The number of the non charged party, either that to which the message is or was to be delivered or from which it originated (dependent on the message direction and charging for the service).

Derivation:

For GSM subscribers GSM item CalledNumber (GSM 12.05).  This item is of type AddressString and is further expanded into the items Type Of Number, Numbering Plan and the number sent across the air-interface (GSM 04.08 and 09.02).

This item may also be used for other address types, e.g. internet address.

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group Non Charged Party.
