Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A text description giving the geographical location of the terminal equipment.  Operators may optionally use a description as a default where there has been no terminal equipment involved.

The Serving Location Description must be present where there is an associated Serving BID and its content will then be predefined, otherwise the content is at the discretion of the Sender PMN and is optionally supplied.

Derivation: 

CIBER manual v2.0 section 12 where the Serving BID is present otherwise the content is at the discretion of the Sender PMN.

Optionality: 

Operators may not supply this information unless the Serving BID is present in which case the item is not optional.

Conditionality: 

Must be present within group Geographical Location where a Serving BID is present.
