Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The RF power capability of the equipment making or receiving the call.  Basically, mobiles and transmobiles tend to have class 2 capability, handhelds class 4 and PCN applications class 5.  Some transmobiles have reduced capability and are classified as class 3.

Derivation:

GSM item msClassmark (GSM 12.05).

Conditionality:

Must be present within group Equipment Information where available and supported by the network.
