Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

To enable a PMN to encode and/or read a file it is necessary to uniquely identify the format.  This is achieved through the Specification Version Number.

There must be a Release Version Number present within this item.

Conditionality:

Mandatory within group Notification.

Mandatory within group Batch Control Information.
