Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Called Region contains the geographical region called or service used, this is a broader description than contained within Called Place, e.g. GA (Georgia), Lazio, NSW (New South Wales).

Conditionality: 

Must be present within group Destination when provided by the VPMN’s billing system.

Not present within group Destination where the destination is international or non geographic.
