Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A reference to be used when packet data information is not available at the time of sending the TAP record, e.g., because it has not been received from the PSPDN measuring the volume.

The same reference is used with the charging information on the appropriate record within a subsequent transfer of charging information.

Conditionality:

Must be present within group Basic Service Used where data has been sent through a PSPDN.
