Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A unique identifier used to determine which network the data is being sent to, i.e. the Recipient.

Note that where the Recipient is supplied on a Delivery Note the content is in text form.

Mandatory within group Notification.

Mandatory within group Delivery Note.
