Conditionality:

Mandatory within group Audit Control Information.

10   20   100	Audit   Audit   Audit	Fatal   Fatal   Fatal	Syntax error.   Value out of range.   Value does not match the count of Call Event Details.  Note that any rejected Call Event Details must be included for the purposes of this validation.
