Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The GPRS Service Used group identifies the service usage, including any changes, together with charging information.

Charging Timestamp is conditionally present,  all other items and groups are mandatory with GPRS Service Usage and Charge Information able to repeat.

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group GPRS Call.
