Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

An optional and conditional group element which identifies the equipment used.  Where supplied the information present must be one of either IMEI or ESN.

Optionality: 

It is not mandatory for the Sender PMN to transfer this information even where available.

Conditionality: 

Present within group Equipment Information where available (subject to optionality).
