Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Mobile Identification Number is an item which uniquely identifies the subscriber who has used the network and is liable for any charges that may be incurred.

The MIN is the mobile telephone number assigned by the HPMN.  The format of the number may conform to the North American Number Plan where it belongs to a North American operator.

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group Chargeable Subscriber when IMSI not present.

Must be present within group SCU & VAS Chargeable Subscriber when group GSM Chargeable Subscriber is not present.
