Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

An identifier local to the Recording Entity.  The identifier distinguishes between transactions on the same mobile station.

Derivation:

GSM item CallReference (GSM 12.05).

Conditionality:

Must be present within group Network Location when available from the network.
