Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Identifies the Latitude of the terminal equipment.

The latitude is expressed as a number of seconds with positive values indicating Northern latitudes and negative values indicating Southern latitudes.

Optionality: 

Operators may not supply this information.

Conditionality: 

Must be present within group Geographical Location where available (subject to optionality).
