An indicator set by the HPMN and passed to the VPMN showing that the chargeable subscriber has been flagged as being monitored for fraud information gathering purposes.

Optionality:

Transfer is at the discretion of the Sender PMN.

Must be present within groups

             MT Basic Call Information

             Supplementary Service Event

             Service Centre Usage

             Value Added Service

             GPRS Basic Call Information

             Location Service

where available and set to show monitored subscriber (subject to optionality).

Values:

                                1              Fraud monitored subscriber
