Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The charging Time Band associated with the Charge Detail at the Charge Detail Timestamp.

Where no Charge Detail Timestamp is present it is the Time Band relevant to the Charging Timestamp associated with the Charging Information.

This may be further qualified by subtype defined by the Sender PMN.

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group Charge Detail.

Values:

                                I               Independent of Time of Day

                                O             Off Peak

                                P             Peak

                                S              Special
