Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The horizontal accuracy delivered for an LCS request measured in metres.

Derivation:

GSM/UMTS item Ext-GeographicalInformation (TS 29.002, TS 32.005). The contents of the first octet indicates the shape used for the determination of the position. Dependant on the shape actually used the horizontal uncertainty has to be extracted from the remaining octets and has to be translated into a value in metres using the formulas referenced in TS 23.032. The result must be rounded to full metres.
