Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The timestamp identifying the requested service usage.

The item is normally in the local time of the Sender (or Serving Network where this is not the Sender).  There must be an associated UTC Time Offset Code.

Conditionality:

Mandatory within group LCS QoS Requested.
