Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A Service Centre Usage item represents usage of an APMNs Short Message Service Centre (SMSC).

This usage can only occur where there is a bilateral agreement to make these services available to the HPMN’s subscribers.

All elements within the group are mandatory except RAP File Sequence Number and MSP Information which are conditional and Operator Specific Information which is optional.

Conditionality:

Mandatory within an occurrence of group Call Event Details where none of the following are present;  Mobile Originated Call, Mobile Terminated Call, Supplementary Service Event, GPRS Call, Content Transaction or Location Service .
