Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group Taxation.

Values:
                                01           National (e.g. Federal, Dominion, VAT, etc.)
                                02           Regional (e.g. State, Province, etc.)
                                03           County
                                04           Local/City










Note that the above tax types may represent specific taxes, i.e. any of Public Utilities, Sales & Use, Communications taxes may be National, Regional, County or Local/City.
