Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Mobile Directory Number.  This item supports wireless number portability within the North American market.

CIBER manual v2.0 section 10.

Conditionality:

When a MIN is present within group Chargeable Subscriber then MDN must be present, when available, associated with item MIN.

Note that privacy laws in some countries may restrict the MDN availability.
