Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A code associated with a UTC Time Offset.

The code is used with Charging Timestamp, Deposit Timestamp and Completion Timestamp to enable conversion of the Sender PMN’s local time to UTC time.

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group UTC Time Offset Information.
