Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Identifies the Longitude of the terminal equipment.

The longitude is expressed as a number of seconds with positive values indicating Eastern longitudes and negative values indicating Western longitudes.

Optionality: 

Operators may not supply this information.

Conditionality: 

Must be present within group Geographical Location where available (subject to optionality).
