Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

The call originator applies only in respect of mobile terminated traffic.  It identifies the person making the call.

Also, some networks may inhibit the transfer of this information where CLI presentation is prohibited.

Derivation:

GSM item CallingNumber (GSM 12.05).  This item is of type AddressString.

Conditionality:

Must be present within group MT Basic Call Information where the network supports calling line identity (CLI) or if TeleService Code indicates SMS usage (values 20 or 21).
