scuChargeType

Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Contains the elements used to price the service usage, message status, priority code, distance charge band code and message type.  Where the charge is based on volume, e.g. message length, this information will be present within the associated Charge Information.

All elements within the group are mandatory except Distance Charge Band Code which will not be present where it was not a parameter in Charge calculation..

Conditionality: 

Mandatory within group Service Centre Usage.
